  I fell in love with the place from my first class. New Horizons Yoga is one the best yoga studios I have ever been to. Here are the reasons why based on my 6 week experience so far:

  I have been taking Antenatal yoga with Jennifer since about 8 weeks into my pregnancy. She has a wonderful sense of humor and personality that I have found entertaining and endearing the last 30+ weeks.Mum and Baby Yoga classes also contained a lot of great information.Jeniffer goes over the various stages your baby will go through, ways to hold your baby, things to expect when breastfeeding, and additional resources for help. I would recommend these classes and yoga to any mom and have several friends who also attend her classes.Thanks Jennifer!!!

  Beautiful Meadowbrook studio & Jennifer is a wonderful instructor! Despite being nervous, I felt such a warm welcome from the moment I walked in. Can't wait to see all the new mums from different classes!

  This has to be one of the best places in Brisbane to go to for Yoga. I love the natural wood interiors, plants and water feature as you come in the door. The introductory free class lets anyone trial the different styles available. Best of all, you can always count on New Horizons Yoga to offer classes at suitable times you can actually make. I also thoroughly enjoyed their cupper tea after my class with the other mums and bubs. I’m back next week.

  Amazing experience!New Horizons Yoga has been a tremendous support. A few months back I was in desperate need to have guidance on my physical health. Jennifer literally opened the door to a new world of fitness, both physical and mental. I whole heartedly recommend New Horizons Yoga. I very much hope they expand out to be there for people, who are (like me) busy people in need of some sunshine and love from professionals like Jennifer. Every time I've left New Horizons Yoga, I've felt balanced, and ready for the day. The classes are fantastic, the best in Brisbane! I've been to meny Yoga studios in Brisbane and there's nothing similar to New Horizons Yoga. Beginning and continuing your healthy fitness journey with Jennifer, who is the best Yoga instructor in this part of Australia (in my opinion in whole world!) at New Horizons Yoga Studio is your the way to go!
