Just watch these guys, they sold my elderly parents a chair and talked them into it site unseen, then they sent the wrong one and then by the time they got the replacement to them the cooling off period had passed and they refused to do a refund when it was found the chair was totally unsuitable, I know of several other people with the same issue. Taking advantage of the elderly let alone elderly with no money just shows a lack of morals or care and shows they don't stand behind their product .
